I want to use my "ridge" for outdoor weddings eventually . I have a phobia of driving & my husband retired & we moved here because he inherited it . Ive done alot of work on it so far, but it's taken me 5 years to get this far- I need help-I love playing in the yard, so why not try to make a living doing what I love;I asked about breeding I guess that won't work. So now what does everyone think of this idea? I've never had a license-I'm stranded!! I can't play in the yard if I'm trying to earn money on surveys.I've wasted a WHOLE YEAR trying to earn money. I went to Austria as a child (must be about 10 years back now) and we visited a garden, which, if my memory is correct was designed and built for a Prince. The only thing I can remember of it is that it had an outdoor table/chair set which squirted water at you when you sat down. Does anyone know the name of this place? I'm sorry I have no idea where in Austria this was.

My fiance and I are starting to pull her hair out :p trying to find a decent, affordable (<$1500) outdoor garden venue for a wedding. What we're looking for is something classic and beautiful with plenty of flowers and trees. NOT a golf course, nor a chapel or church building, or a hotel, and definitely not designed or accessorized like it was from the 80s. We've been search for a month and no luck whatsoever!! Have never had good luck with reliable solar lighting and cheap plastic coverings that can't stand up to elements, so would like to recommend low voltage, hand-made designs from solid copper, for paths, gardens, decks and water features. Check out CopperScapes.com

I have a design class project on how to manufacture a chair I had some problems in solving these questions I searched and asked all the people that might help me but I got nothing so I would really appreciated if you helped me ( I desperately need answers please )

Q # 1
Prepare break down work ( various activates ) of the project ( chair ) in manufacturing

Q # 2
Prepare at lest 15 Questions for the users of the project ( what does that mean how would the question be or what specifically I should ask about )

My chair is an outdoor garden chair what is the best material I could use ?

1) just think of the process you need to go through to decide what your chair will be like, and how to make it:
eg
-intended purpose
-physical requirements (height, weight capacity etc)
-user demands (surveys, customer feedback)
-competitors products
-manufacturing capabilities
-costs & selling prices
and so on

2)Errr... do they mean questions for your end users (what do your customers want? styles, colours etc?), or other members of the design team (what problems have you thought of? how will you solve them? what are we capable of making?)

3) a material that is weather proof, or can be weatherproofed with a coating, but still meet your needs. E.g. wood treated with preservative, plastic that won't fade in the sun, metal painted to prevent corrosion.

The important point is to show that you are thinking of all angles and problems, and evaluating solutions logically, rather than just saying "hey, let's do that".
