What I am asking for is an actualy landscape layout or design that describes which plants go where, ect.
Check around with friends and neighbors. Most perennials need to be divided fairly regularly, I'm sure they'd be more than willing to give you divisions of theirs. Same for ornamental grasses. Maybe you can collect some seeds from their gardens too.

If you are wanting photos for your computer, I use Yahoo Images. I search for "landscaping", "backyard landscaping", "backyard", and "water garden". If a photo is big enough, I right-click it and put it in a folder on my desktop. I have saved dozens of photos that give me ideas for landscaping my yard. If you are wanting actual physical photos, you might want to try Lowe's or Home Depot (or whatever is in your location) for a landscaping book; or go to a local library; or look for magazines on the subject. Not free, though.
