What I am asking for is an actualy landscape layout or design that describes which plants go where, ect.

Check around with friends and neighbors. Most perennials need to be divided fairly regularly, I'm sure they'd be more than willing to give you divisions of theirs. Same for ornamental grasses. Maybe you can collect some seeds from their gardens too.

Im looking to do some garden landscaping & in need of some websites that I can maximize every bit of space that I have.

Im start'g on the side yard 1st & have put in my 2 trees & some sod & put in a drip system. But now I need to frame the area around the sod & my trees & in between the 2 (roughly 26'x22').
But not sure where to put the flowers. I intend to use a total of 30+ varieties as this will be my Master Garden.

Is there a website that will let me create this on my own by color? Im only using shades of Blues, Pinks, & Purples and White and a Purple Alyssum as a ground cover.

Or any websites that could/would show me layouts that have been sketched & used to give me some ideas?

Im think'g of mixing a Mediterranean Garden, a Country Garden, & Arizona Native Garden for my Master Garden.

WTF every happend to paper and pencil -
Draw the thing out - map out your own paths, plants and features - don't limit yourself to what's in a web tool.

+ Don't forget to draw the walls and do a vertical plan for climbers, creepers, bamboos and cover - think colour too.

You need books -

Get the pots and features you want and arrange them in the space - real space - work out paths and bushes - then draw it up.

I am starting a company to help people design and refresh their gardens and landscapes.  My services will include planning out their garden, helping them select plants at the nursery, and then helping them keep their yard green and healthy.  I'm thinking of a name with
"-- Scenes" or "-- Scapes" in it, but I'm open to any ideas.  I am near the coast and specialize in plants that do well there. I love the name Gardenscapes but it is already taken.  Thanks much!

I am a landscaper and designer. I have had a business for over eight years. When you create the name of your business, think of your own personality and how it can reflect on your clients. You live near the coast and are in a sub - tropical or tropical setting. Coastal Gardening may be a thought as well of Garden Scences By The Sea, Tropical Paradise Through Gardening, Gardening With Tropical Plants, Creating Coastal Gardens, or Coastal Gardenscapes.

These are just a few that come to mind. Take some words that reflect your area and spend some time playing with the different words. Put some good thought about what your clients would like. well, i plan to put a garden, landscape or deck, anythig that would make our backyard a nice place to pass time, we have a small lot, 21 x 21 meters. i'd give 100 sq. meters of it for the garden or deck, or anything great to be put on it and its perimeter, i dont like walls and just putting bushes around our lot. please help me, thanks. hope i could see some pictures and ideas and some plans would surely boost my imagination. thank you (o;

fragrant herbs (and flowers) such as lavender and rosemary (evergreen) are easy to care for and soothing and relaxing to sit near; can both be potted but Rosemary can grow to a large bush.
A trellis with climbing roses, honeysuckle, sweet pea (for a quick fix until other climbers mature), etc... is a useful way to add structure (height), and give privacy/shade.
There is a great variety of small water features one can place anywhere now.
Instead of decking have you considered a mosaic-style courtyard? you would then have year round interest
parsley is a biennial, the 2nd year will produce seed, also will 'bolt' if dry, so keep moist and in shade
last year I got 6 plants, the ones that grew best (2 ft high) were in shade most of the day, the ones in full sun stayed small
Peppers need lots of sun and warmth, unless in a southern area will need a green house,
the best small veg to grow now are raddish and lettuce, lots of varieties, some can grow well into Autumn
