Well I can't speak for the rest of California, but if you want beautiful landscape and great gardening year around, look no farther then SAN DIEGO Ca. AMERICA's FINEST CITY. Second largest city in California (bet you thought San Fran was # 2?) Home of the world's most popular zoo, Sea World, Lego Land & Balabo Park.
San Diego's perfect climate housed animial no other zoo could at the time. The Kola Bear, China's Panda, etc. It is said the easist job in the world is the weatherman in San Diego. (it's tru too) 365 days a year you will find flowers in bloom, & folks puttering in their garden. We are so used to the great weather, we had a problem as to when to hold the county fair? We flipped a coin & our fair starts in June & runs thru the 4th of July. To bad San Diego isn't a state of it's own, because it is a state of mind. No snow storms, toranados, tropical storms, humidity or mosquitoes. I love cutting fresh flowers from my garden on Christmas day. You would love it too.
Matrix habitat developed by Matrix realty ventures in navelim goa. The landscaped garden along with other amenties in the residential complex.
Where is a good place to buy good healthy garden soil? I need a couple yards.
You've got some choices. You can buy from anyone who advertises loam for sale, or you can buy it bagged in garden stores. If you want, you can but bagged garden soil and mix it with bagged topsoil.

For over a year we have asked our neighbour constantly to park his van on his own land as it laps a lot on our lawn. He has totally ignored our request. Our house is semi detached and the front area is open plan. Also its annoying as our landscaped view is hidden behind his van which is falling into bits
I have a few thoughts.
1. Get some deer urine and spray it in his van on the seats and carpet.
2. Cut his brake lines.
3. Slice his tires.
4. Place nail spikes on your property and let him flatin his own tires.
5. Place a speaker in your yard and play loud sounds: Dogs barking or something annoying.
6. Put animal poop on the drivers seat.
7. Torch the van.
8. Grease the handles on the doors of his van.
9. Place a sign in his yard - saying something like "Child Molester lives here".
This is not to say you wont get into trouble - but I am sure you would get his attention.
If he disrespected my request - Id make him wish he never lived beside me.
I am an English architect living and working in Bangkok,I have designed a 6 storey condo to be built at a seaside resort called Hua Hin.In total there will be 79 units in the building plus full amenities including s/ pool, car parking and landscaped gardens. What is the attraction of investing here?Land prices very low also labour cheap There is a shortage of condos for sale.Buyers will be wealthy Thais and ForeignersThe original investor at present has a cashflow problem,This is why I am seeking another investor to take his place,I can provide a breakdown showing cost of construction relative to condo sales,Please this is a serious question,My last point to be made is that I do speak Thai,Have won many design awards for buildings, .
Sounds verrryyy interesting....
How much US$ are we looking at here? For someone who does not know anything about Thai economy, how can someone be confident that there is profit in this project? What other documentation are you going to provide aside from the cost of construction? Thank you.

The first public figure to champion the need for open green space within the city was Evening Post editor William Cullen Bryant. In 1844, he called for the creation of a large public park. Landscape gardener Andrew Jackson Downing joined Bryant in his pleas, and together they pressed officials to set aside land before it was swallowed up by the fast-developing city. In a moment of rare political consensus, both parties at that time endorsed the idea of a large public park. Between 1853 and 1856, the commissioners paid more than $5 million for land from 59th Street to 106th Street, between Fifth and Eighth Avenues.
Tour the High Line with NY Hort Society | In the Garden
Join the HSNY and your guide Dodo Loechle for an early evening tour of the wonderful gardens of the High Line. This signature landscape was designed by James Corner Field Operations, with the consultation of planting designer Piet Oudolf. The High Line’s plantings are inspired by the self-seeded landscape that grew on the out-of-use elevated rail tracks during the 25 years after the train stopped running. Netherlands-based Piet Oudolf chose perennials, grasses, shrubs and trees for their hardiness, sustainability, and unique color and texture. With a focus on native species, many of the plants that originally grew on the rail beds have been incorporated into the park landscape.
About your guide: Dodo Loechle is a certified horticulturist with extensive experience in chemical free gardening, concentrating on container and rooftops gardens. She has worked for various botanic gardens, including Kirstenbosch National Botanic Garden in Cape Town, Africa, where she worked exclusively with native cape flora. Specializing in plant identification, Dodo has logged countless hours as a tour guide along with putting her talents to use as an instructor at the New York Botanical Garden and The Brooklyn Botanic Garden.
