I am working full-time during the day with a landscaping company, therefore I need to either do night classes or online classes. I realize eventually i will need to hands on learning, but for now I know I need just my core classes, so I need to know what kind of online school is good to start at and have my credits transfer to a good landscap architechture school.
I am in Washington state but will be moving to VA in about 2 years.

I am going to be a senior in the fall with a degree in english and have realised that their is no job that I would actually want to do once I have graduated. I used to want to be an architect especially landscape architecture should I get a dual degree in english and landscape architecture, try to get into a master's architecture program, or not do architecture at all?
If you are financially able, keep going to school until you find something you love. A lot of people don't have that option
I know of one in the United States called Delaware Valley College. It is located in Doylestown, Pennsylvania.
I have an undergrad degree in landscape architecture and want to get a master's in engineering. Do I need a bachelor's in engineering first or are their programs that will count my landscape architect degree as fulfilling the requirements?
If there are openings in a grad school program, you could well get admitted. You would have to take a lot of the undergrad courses, so the MS (or ME) could take an additional 2 years. We used to call such grad students "retreads", because they had to be brought back down to the core of what they had learned, and added to, in order to get what they found that they wanted after their first (or sometimes second) BS. Because of the economy, finding a program with openings for a retread might be more of a challenge.

Online Architecture Across the Globe
Of course, Canada is not the only country with students who are interested in architectural and landscape architecture online degrees and who would wish to have access to the degree online.
The success and popularity of the Virtual Village experiment and those that have followed since proved that much. Canada is simply unique for having the infrastructure to put in online work first, as well as coming up with the work and ideas to do it. However, if the RAIC and Athabasca U syllabus is successful, it is not only going to be colleges across the country that will be interested in copying it, but many across the world will be too.
The United States will not have to do much to change to architecture and landscape architecture online degrees, simply change the accreditation process, and have the interest. Individual universities in the United States already proved that they are interested in online work through their work with the Virtual Village.
