Konya 3D landscape design by Unique Landscapes Unique Custom Pools - Phoenix, AZ.

I don't mean anything like 3D Home Architect or 3D Landscape Design. I'm talking about something like 3DS Max or Maya. Programs that can create 3D Environments, but more for beginners, for people who don't know how to create a 3D Modelled Environment, where all the templates are already built in, you would just have to pick the terrain, pick what you want in it, select the time of day, then it would do the rest. Anything out there like that?

If you can get the August issue of «Digital Arts» magazine, it brings Full Bryce 5.5 on CD..
Other programs are :
Terragen and Worldmachine (both downloadable and with free versions).

What about for beginners?

For architectural and engineering 3D designs (Man made objects), only one software comes to the top: AutoCAD. NOT cheap at 5000$+!
But you can get some teacher's or student's versions... or an illegal copy! (ACAD is the most pirated software on the planet!)
For landscape (Natural objects), Maya and 3Ds Max are on the top as well.
Same remarks as for prices and availability!

I have the same problem, updated to 9.0 from the website and the program still does not work. The software vendor does have Vista updates for a lot of their other software but not this program yet.

can you tell me how many plant types there are on the software called '3D Home Architect Home & Landscape Design Suite v10'

i really want to know before I buy it because i especially want it for landscaping and designing gardens especially but also the house

you've asked the same question five times now.... you should be able to figger out that no one here uses it and cannot tell you.... go find a box in the store and read the description on it.....
