I would suggest that you check out Angie's List. I've had great luck with them. They solicit opinions from hundreds and hundreds of homeowners on work that they've had done. That way, you get many many opinions about any given company, not just one.
In Los Angeles, they cost about $6 a month, or about $40 per year plus a $10 sign up fee. I've definitely saved more than that, just from getting reliable recommendations for contractors.

I would like to change the exterior of my home including some structure to update it, paint, and addition of entry gates, doors, stucco, etc...as well as lighting and landscaping to tie in the whole look. What kind of person does it all? A landscape architect, interior designer, exterior architect? If you really want Punch software then go for the Punch Master Landscape Pro Version 10, it has 2000 plants. You may want to check out the review sites.
